The sandy soils and unique climate of the vineyard-alternately warmer and colder than the Sta. Rita Hills as a whole-yeild ripe wines marked by sweet fruit and delicate structure. Loaded with Santa Rosa plum, white pepper, and tomato leaf aromatics, the impact on the palate of our 2016 Gypsy Canyon Pinot Noir is full blown, echoing blue fruit and loamy notes.
