Our Recipes

As well as being a famous movie star, our Tasting Room Manager, Chris Burroughs, is also an accomplished cook. As each Alma Rosa wine is released, Chris creates a dish to pair with it. We've also invited some of our favorite chefs to share plates they created to complement Alma Rosa wines.
