What is Temperature Controlled Shipping?

Temperature Controlled shipping is a great way to continue providing an elevated delivery experience so you may continue to order and enjoy your favorite wines during the warmer months.

This service places your order on a refrigerated truck and essentially “leapfrogs” them across the country to ensure temperature integrity for the main portion of the journey until handed over to FedEx for the final mile.

How will this impact my delivery window?

Temperature-controlled shipments increase transit time (+8–10 days) but significantly reduce product risk during high-temperature transit.

Once temperature-controlled orders ship in our system, the tracking number will be provided; however, please note that they will not be live until handed over to and scanned by FedEx.
