From booking to farewell, our team is here to make your visit seamless and memorable.

What is the tasting experience like?

Our tastings are seated and hosted, designed to be relaxed, engaging, and unhurried. Guests are guided through a curated flight of current releases, with time to enjoy each wine, ask questions, and settle in.
Plan for approximately 60–75 minutes.

Do we need a reservation?

Reservations are strongly recommended, especially on weekends and holidays. Booking ahead ensures your group is seated together and hosted at your preferred time.

How much does the tasting cost?

We have a selection of tastings to choose from, beginning at $35 per person.
Club members can enjoy their complimentary tastings at either our Downtown Solvang location or our Estate.

What size groups can you accommodate?

We welcome groups of up to 12 guests for standard reservations.
For larger parties or celebrations, we offer private or semi-private options—please reach out to info@almarosawinery.com and we’ll help you find the right fit.

Is this experience good for celebrations or special occasions?

Absolutely. Our tasting room is well-suited for birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, and relaxed group gatherings. If you’re celebrating something special, let us know at booking so we can prepare accordingly.

Can you accommodate non-wine drinkers or designated drivers?

Yes. We’re happy to offer non-alcoholic options upon request so everyone in your group feels comfortable and included.

What happens if our group size changes?

We understand plans evolve. Minor adjustments can usually be accommodated with advance notice. For significant changes, our team will work with you to ensure the best possible experience.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations or changes can be accommodated. Please respond via text to your reservation confirmation to let us know.

Is there seating for everyone?

Yes—every guest is seated for the duration of the tasting. Seating may be indoor or outdoor depending on availability and weather, with comfort always prioritized.

Is the experience rushed?

Not at all. Our tastings are intentionally paced to feel relaxed and enjoyable, while still respecting your schedule—perfect for planners balancing a full day of activities.
